How to Make Basic Aioli Sauce

The fancy sauce that comes with gourmet burgers and side dishes at restaurants is actually a wildly simple blend of ingredients you probably already have at home.

Aioli is the queen of basic sauces to add texture and flavor to meal prepped bowls and dishes throughout the week.


  • 1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil

  • salt + pepper to taste

  • water to thin if necessary


Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until homogenous, add water if you prefer a thinner aioli sauce.

Store in the refrigerator 7 - 10 days.

Serve over roasted vegetables from meal prep, meats, or even for dipping crudité and plantain chips.
