Aioli is the queen of basic sauces to add texture and flavor to meal prepped bowls and dishes throughout the week.
1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
salt + pepper to taste
water to thin if necessary
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until homogenous, add water if you prefer a thinner aioli sauce.
Store in the refrigerator 7 - 10 days.
Serve over roasted vegetables from meal prep, meats, or even for dipping crudité and plantain chips.
